FAMILY LAW
The Myers Law Firm lawyers also represent clients in all aspects of family law. These areas of family law include divorce, separation agreements, equitable distribution, alimony and post-separation support, child support and child custody, and pre-nuptial agreements. These types of cases can be very intense and emotionally involved and we seek to provide our clients with the guidance that is necessary in such a challenging area. Our entire staff is dedicated to working as a team to assist the client and his/her family.
GENERAL CIVIL CASES

MEDIATION
Lee Myers is a Certified Superior Court Mediator. He serves as both a
court-appointed mediator and party-selected mediator. His experience of over 30
years of practicing law has provided him with a wealth of knowledge regarding
the benefits and pitfalls of litigation and the ability to evaluate the
likelihood of success for parties in all types of civil litigation. Our office
provides two conference rooms that are available for the use during mediations.
